Start with the county and the delivery entrance
Laramie is in Albany County; Cheyenne is the county seat of Laramie County. Giving only a familiar place name can leave the wrong destination in a rental enquiry. Include the street address, county when known, ZIP code and entrance instructions. The directory on this page contains the 16 county groups carried by this site's source directory, not all 23 Wyoming counties and not a promise of availability for every address.
Keep the delivery plan separate from the event date
A gathering's opening time or a crew's first shift is not necessarily a workable equipment-delivery window. Discuss time for unloading, checking placement and preparing facilities before use. WYDOT's road-information service publishes closures, restrictions and route conditions; review it when a delivery or pickup may be affected. A clear highway report does not establish that a private approach, gate or placement surface is suitable for the provider's vehicle.
Two services need two working spaces
For portable toilets, describe the users, duration, handwashing needs and accessible approach. For a dumpster, list the contents, approximate quantity and the space available for loading. Keep the pedestrian route to restrooms apart from the container's loading and collection area. A combined enquiry can cover both needs, but do not assume the same truck, delivery time or service schedule.
Compare what happens after delivery
Ask how restroom cleaning, waste removal and replenishment are scheduled through the rental. For a roll-off, confirm the accepted material, loading limit, rental period and pickup-request process. Longer projects may need additional service or container exchanges. Put the site contact and access arrangements in the plan so the equipment can be maintained and collected without relying on whoever happens to be present.
