Resolve the rural address before arranging equipment
Albany County Planning handles rural addressing and land-use review in unincorporated areas. Its map can help frame a property question, but the County describes it as a reference rather than final confirmation. For your rental plan, identify the entrance a truck should use, any private access arrangement and the person who can open a gate. Do not use a county office address or a general town-center pin as the delivery destination.
Plan continued access, not just a successful drop-off
If work changes the approach to a rural property, tell the rental contact before the next visit. Toilet servicing needs access while the units remain in use; a dumpster needs room for the collection vehicle to lift the loaded container. Keep those work areas distinct from where people walk, park or store materials. Discuss a different placement or service schedule with the provider rather than moving the equipment without coordination.
