Avoid turning a county statement into blanket permission
The county Planning and GIS page currently describes an absence of county zoning regulations and building inspections. That does not establish that every activity is unregulated or that city requirements disappear. Present the actual site and proposed work to the appropriate authority where an approval question exists; do not rely on a generalized no-permit assumption.
Separate the cleanup inventory from the delivery plan
For a property project, record both the material being removed and the route equipment must use. Torrington's sanitation guidance distinguishes waste streams, which is a useful reminder to identify yard material, construction debris, and household contents separately. Rental acceptance must still be confirmed for the selected container.
