Identify the site manager before arranging equipment
A private property, county park and national-park site can have different approval paths. The county's special-event process asks organizers to address sanitation and cleanup, while Grand Teton National Park has its own permit resources. Put proposed equipment positions on the organizer's site plan and resolve vehicle access with the responsible land manager.
Include wildlife protection in the waste plan
County guidance addresses bear-resistant trash storage, and Integrated Solid Waste and Recycling separates several disposal and diversion streams. Describe food-related waste, renovation debris and special items individually. Ask for the appropriate container and handling instructions rather than assuming a general open-top dumpster fits every project or that public recycling facilities accept an unsorted load.
