Do not treat every county disposal site as equivalent
Park County identifies the Cody regional landfill separately from the dry construction-and-demolition sites at Powell and Clark. That distinction matters when a project mixes household contents with building debris. Prepare separate material descriptions and let the hauler verify the receiving arrangement. A facility name on a county map is not approval for a mixed load or proof of a rental-provider contract.
Identify the property beyond the destination name
Provide the final access road, gate and proposed equipment position rather than only the nearest town. Ask the property or venue manager about permitted vehicle movements and where public circulation must remain clear. For sanitation, confirm existing facilities and operating hours; for a dumpster, preserve the truck's collection space throughout the project.
