Keep accountable material outside an ordinary cleanup assumption
Have the responsible official identify what may be discarded and what needs a separate process. Distinguish ordinary construction debris from equipment, records, unknown containers, or material the project team has not cleared for removal. Do not include sensitive contents or credentials in a public inquiry. A commercial accepted-material list does not replace the installation's authorization.
Coordinate exchanges as separate equipment movements
A project may fill a container before demolition ends, so discuss the anticipated exchange sequence with the authorized contact. Confirm how changes are requested through official channels and who keeps the approved loading area available. Delivery approval should not be treated as indefinite authorization for future visits. Do not begin a debris-generating phase until a workable removal arrangement has been confirmed.
Compare authorized handling and visit terms
Once service eligibility is established, request accepted materials, rental days, hauling, weight terms, and exchanges. Clarify changed visit windows or extensions while keeping official approval separate from the commercial price.
