Check the route and the working area separately
NDDOT's ND Roads resource reports road conditions, work zones, load restrictions, and width or height restrictions. Use it to frame a current route discussion, then describe the private entrance, turning space, and placement surface that public road information cannot assess. A route suitable for a passenger vehicle does not establish access for a service truck. Explain any gate schedule or changing construction entrance before dates are agreed.
Identify the waste or restroom need before comparing quotes
For portable toilets, separate peak attendance from total visits and include crew shifts, handwashing, accessible-use needs, and existing restrooms. For dumpsters, name the materials, expected loading sequence, and whether a container exchange interrupts work. Municipal programs and local service restrictions differ between communities; Jamestown's in-city roll-off direction is especially important. A public disposal facility listing is not evidence that a rental provider uses it or that a particular load is accepted.
