Separate the occupied building from the work compound
If a renovation leaves staff, customers, or tenants on site, record which restrooms remain available and which entrance the crew uses. Temporary sanitation should be reviewed as part of that operating plan, including handwashing and access for people with mobility needs. Give the property manager a clear way to report a locked gate, moved barrier, or change in attendance before it disrupts servicing.
Review outdoor material before it joins demolition waste
List branches, chips, roots, packaging, furniture, and dense building debris separately. Ask about current handling guidance for tree material rather than assuming it travels with a renovation load. Establish a staging spot for items awaiting acceptance so the crew does not bury them in the container. This is a planning step, not a declaration that every material needs the same approval.
