Include every service visit in the coordination plan
An initial delivery arrangement may not cover later cleaning or final removal. Ask the authorized contact how recurring visits should be organized and who handles changes through official channels. Give the proposed service the information it is permitted to receive using the approved process. Do not assume a driver's previous access or another contractor's arrangements apply to this rental.
Have the responsible official review placement and use
Explain worker hours, attendance overlap, handwashing, and accessible-use needs with the project representative. The equipment position should fit the approved work area and remain reachable for agreed maintenance. If the facility schedule or project footprint changes, obtain the necessary coordination before relocating units or adding a visit. Keep a named contact available for routine service questions.
Compare only an authorized service proposal
After eligibility is confirmed, ask about delivery, pickup, cleaning, handwashing, and extra visits. Clarify the effect of changed visit windows or project duration without assuming access-related coordination is included.
