Inspect the route with the property owner
Flag private crossings, narrow gates, uneven ground and any area where a truck cannot turn. Do not assume a road that accommodates a pickup also accommodates the proposed delivery vehicle. Agree on placement away from septic components, buried utilities and normal property movement, using owner knowledge and provider requirements. Keep the planned pickup path free of equipment and stacked material.
Confirm disposal streams before loading
Uinta County lists a Bridger Valley transfer/landfill facility as well as Evanston Landfill, but these listings do not identify a rental's destination. Tell the provider about fencing, concrete, appliances, tires or unknown containers individually. Ask how each accepted stream will be handled. For a group event, arrange waste collection and final removal with the venue instead of assuming ordinary site bins cover the cleanup.

Specify debris, placement and loading dates. Confirm transport, weight and disposal terms, plus how an obstructed approach would affect pickup.
