Resolve park versus private-property arrangements
Grand Teton National Park publishes its own special-use permit information. If the activity is on park land, have the organizer discuss the proposed sanitation setup with the park contact. For another Kelly-area property, confirm the owner and applicable county review. Do not assume an event approval also authorizes a particular delivery route, staging area or commercial equipment operation.
Connect toilet capacity with the event layout
For events reviewed by Teton County, explain the existing restroom access and how supplemental facilities will serve peak attendance. Include accessible approaches and handwashing in the layout. Locate the service access separately from guest queuing, food preparation and parking. Describe setup and cleanup periods as well as guest hours, and agree who will check supplies during the gathering.
Keep rental scope separate from site authorization
Request equipment, servicing, handwashing and removal as a defined package. Confirm any land-manager conditions separately before committing to delivery dates.
