Keep the scope clear across occupants
Give each tenant or trade the same loading instructions and a contact for uncertain items. Hold electronics, liquids, and unapproved fixtures outside the general load while their handling is reviewed. If another unit joins the project, revise the material and weight estimate before it uses the container. Shared premises do not automatically create a shared disposal agreement.
Coordinate exchanges around normal deliveries
Describe timed deliveries, parking, and the doors that remain in use. Ask where the truck can work for an exchange and how loading should pause during that operation. Keep new stock from blocking the agreed approach. A late-stage pickup should be authorized by someone who knows whether another contractor still expects to generate debris.
Compare tenant and contractor removal terms
Request accepted materials, weight allowance, rental days, hauling, and exchanges. Clarify changes when another tenancy, heavier debris, or a delayed delivery extends the cleanup.
