Keep workers and public circulation understandable
Describe which door the trades use and whether customers continue entering nearby. Discuss accessible-use needs and handwashing with the site manager. Ask where equipment can stand without directing users through material unloading. If the position depends on a neighbor's property or public space, resolve that authority before relying on it.
Plan maintenance when access is controlled
A shared entrance may be locked outside business hours or occupied by scheduled deliveries. Name the person who can coordinate the agreed visit, and tell the service about any changing gate or door arrangement. Reassess the plan when work moves to another tenancy or the crew starts later shifts. Do not assume a first-week access arrangement remains suitable.
Compare the actual commercial work schedule
Request delivery, collection, maintenance, handwashing, and extra-visit terms. Clarify extensions, later shifts, and position changes if the property remains occupied longer than expected.
