Agree who controls material from each trade
Ask the contractor to identify the principal waste streams before the container arrives. Lumber, drywall, fixtures and packaging may be acceptable under different terms from appliances, chemicals or dense rubble. Keep uncertain items separate for review. When more than one crew works at the property, assign responsibility for preventing unapproved material from being added to the load.
Preserve resident access through the renovation
Map a clear route between the occupied entrance and the street that does not pass through the loading area. Leave space for routine carts and any deliveries of new materials. If an exchange is planned, avoid storing supplies in the truck approach. Photograph the proposed position for discussion and ask the town about a public-area placement before relying on it in the work schedule.
West Warwick construction-removal scope
Ask for accepted materials, weight conditions, rental length and the timing of exchanges or final removal. Clarify whether loading is your responsibility and how an occupied property's access restrictions affect delivery and collection arrangements.
