Match the restroom plan to the actual recreation use
The county includes waterfront facilities, organized fields and indoor community spaces, each with different working hours and boundaries. Warwick City Park and West Warwick's Riverpoint complex have several activity areas. An event organizer should identify which fields or picnic areas are in use, when successive groups arrive and whether ordinary park visitors share the toilets. In Coventry, check seasonal bathroom access rather than assuming a beach building opens whenever the grounds are accessible.
Separate site space from vehicle permission
A clear-looking parking space is not necessarily an approved equipment position. Ask the municipality or land manager about the intended area, then ask the supplier to review approach, unloading space and collection access. East Greenwich's transfer-station vehicle limits are a public-program eligibility issue, not a substitute for reviewing a project's private driveway. Keep ordinary trash carts reachable and describe whether deliveries, residents or athletic teams will compete for the same entrance.
