Separate public drop-off eligibility from the hauling contract
A resident sticker does not establish that a commercial container can be emptied through the same program. Ask the provider what material it accepts and how the load will be handled. Identify appliances, refrigerant-bearing items, electronics, paint and yard waste separately before deciding what remains for the dumpster. Do not instruct a contractor to use a public facility without confirming the relevant terms.
Fit the collection maneuver to the property
Record the driveway entrance, overhead obstructions and room to position the truck in line with the box. Keep garage access and necessary household parking in the plan. If work progresses from interior clearing to heavier renovation, discuss the change before adding new materials. A container that remains easy to load must also remain reachable when it is full and ready to leave.
East Greenwich hauling and project-duration terms
Request a written scope for the actual materials, rental days, delivery and removal, weight terms and possible exchanges. Keep public drop-off charges separate from the rental comparison, since they describe a different service arrangement.
