Separate material acceptance from placement approval
List construction debris, household items, packaging, and uncertain materials individually. Ask the responsible service about dense loads and separate handling before filling the bin. A placement decision does not approve every material, and a provider's acceptance does not authorize use of a street or sidewalk. Keep both decisions clear.
Work with the actual truck space
Describe the approach, overhead obstacles, loading side, and occupied entrances. Ask the provider to assess the working area beyond the container footprint. Preserve it while new materials arrive. If an exchange must occur during active construction, coordinate that sequence with the site supervisor and any authority controlling the location.
Compare the reviewed arrangement
Ask about accepted contents, loading limits, duration, exchanges, collection notice, and blocked access. Clarify who handles any required placement process and how a changed position affects the terms.
