If the only proposed location uses shared or public ground, seek the appropriate direction before arranging delivery. A nearby open parking space does not by itself establish permission.
Reserve access after the site fills
Ask the provider to review maintenance reach with construction storage and vehicles in place. Name a contact who can resolve access during recurring visits. Confirm cleaning, supplies, and handwashing replenishment, and update the arrangement when occupancy or staging changes. Arrange any relocation through the provider rather than treating it as a routine move by another trade.

Request delivery, maintenance, handwashing, removal, extension, and relocation terms. Ask how extra users or an unavailable service approach affects the written arrangement.
