Do not assume the County landfill's resident provisions cover a commercial load.
Make the actual collection entrance clear
Give the service contact the route from the road to the proposed position and identify gates or shared access. Ask it to review the working space and loading side. Preserve the approach after new supplies and parked equipment arrive. If several detached areas are being cleared, decide how material reaches the container without blocking pickup.
Compare the authorized project terms
Ask about material limits, duration, exchanges, final collection notice, and access failures. Clarify how a changed waste source or extra contractor activity affects the written arrangement.
