Review both the walk and the truck approach
Give the provider the intended position, gate, surface, and final approach. Discuss handwashing and any accessible route with the property representative. Keep the user path outside material loading and reserve maintenance access after supplies arrive. Do not assume a large parcel means every position can be serviced.
Keep recurring needs assigned
Name the person who can open the site, report supply concerns, and authorize additional service. Ask how cleaning, pumping, consumables, and handwashing replenishment are scheduled. Update the provider if the crew grows or work moves. Keep the removal date aligned with the last occupied task rather than a preliminary construction estimate.
Compare the complete work period
Request delivery, maintenance, handwashing, removal, extra-time, and relocation terms. Explain gate restrictions and ask how a changed layout or unsuccessful visit affects the arrangement.
