Estimate one work phase at a time
Ask the contractor what leaves during the first phase and what arrives to replace it. Keep reusable components and later-stage supplies outside the waste area. Review dense material and uncertain contents with the responsible service before loading. If the next phase produces a different waste stream, confirm whether the same container agreement still fits.
Leave space for the replacement delivery
A full bin and incoming supplies can compete for the only staging area. Ask the provider to assess truck working room, the loading side, and final pickup access. Arrange an exchange or removal sequence before another delivery blocks the approach. Keep occupied entrances and temporary sanitation routes usable.
Compare the reviewed project scope
Ask about accepted categories, loading limits, exchanges, duration, collection notice, and access failures. Clarify how a delayed phase or changed debris description affects the written terms.
