Plan the route through each work phase
Mark the proposed toilet and handwashing location alongside temporary barriers and material storage. Review the walking surface and any accessible approach with the property representative. Keep the route usable when the next room or work area closes. If no single position works for the whole job, discuss a provider-reviewed relocation in advance.
Keep service continuity between contractors
Identify the person responsible for access even during days when no main contractor is present. Confirm cleaning, consumables, and handwashing replenishment. Ask how to extend service if indoor facilities reopen later than planned. Do not remove temporary facilities merely because demolition ends while installation or final cleanup continues.
Compare the sequence, not one date range
Request delivery, recurring visits, handwashing, removal, extension, and planned-move terms. Explain gaps in contractor attendance and ask how access failures or added occupancy are handled.
