Use a return-to-owner list
Identify crates, display components, fixtures, and equipment that must return to a vendor. Put those items outside the disposal route and name someone to resolve uncertain ownership. Describe packaging, dismantled construction, and ordinary event rubbish separately to the responsible collector. Different sources should not be combined merely to speed up teardown.
Plan the final vehicle sequence
A container collection can conflict with freight pickup and rental-equipment removal. Agree which movement happens first and keep the truck working area open. State the host's deadline and who remains on site to provide access. Confirm the collection arrangement before promising that every item will leave in the last available window.
Compare a complete teardown arrangement
Ask about accepted materials, loading limits, exchanges, extra time, and failed access. Clarify how a delayed vendor or material unexpectedly retained for reuse changes the collection plan.
