Create a loading list the whole crew can use
Agree who can authorize disposal, especially when an owner, tenant, and contractor have different responsibilities. Tell the reviewer about mattresses, appliances, electronics, liquids, and other items that need individual acceptance decisions. Do not let a deadline turn uncertain material into a general load. Distinct staging for retained items also reduces confusion as multiple people clear rooms.
Fit the container around moving and repair vehicles
Describe the area needed by moving vans and trades as well as the container position. Ask about delivery and retrieval working space before reserving the same driveway for both activities. If the property changes hands before pickup, identify who will provide access and approve any extra days. A completed move does not automatically end the debris-removal responsibility.
Compare the handover and repair timeline
Request the accepted item list, weight allowance, rental period, hauling, and exchanges. Clarify extensions if possession changes late or repairs continue, and who is responsible for approving those changes.
