Close disposal decisions before keys change hands
Agree which items the outgoing tenant removes, which fixtures stay, and which contents the owner authorizes for disposal. Set aside electronics, products, and other special items for acceptance advice. Keep retained belongings away from the loading route. Unclear ownership should be resolved before helpers start filling a container.
Coordinate the transition between occupants
Reserve the approach for delivery and retrieval as well as loading. Tell the provider about scheduled movers, trades, and incoming furniture using the same space. If an exchange is needed, identify the phase it serves and the person approving it. Avoid a schedule that leaves a full container in place after the new tenant needs the access area.
Compare the complete turnover sequence
Ask about rental days, accepted contents, included weight, hauling, and exchanges. Clarify extra days, changed access windows, and separately arranged loading or special-item services.
