Do not let the repair stage obscure special items
List furniture and ordinary bulky contents separately from removed building materials. Identify electronics, products, appliances, and other items needing specific acceptance advice. A permit, sticker, or relationship with a public facility should not be treated as blanket permission for every material. Obtain the rental provider's accepted-load terms before deciding what enters a proposed container.
Assign loading and final inspection responsibilities
Agree which people may discard contents and what the owner wants retained. Keep the vehicle approach open as the cleared space becomes a repair staging area. If work will produce another load, discuss the exchange timing before closing the first one. Name the person who confirms loading is finished and can provide access through collection.
Compare the defined cleanup and repair load
Request accepted materials, included weight, rental days, delivery, hauling, and exchanges. Clarify additional days, excluded items, and loading labor rather than assuming all cleanup services are included.
