Give vendors instructions before setup
Explain which waste streams have separate arrangements and where packaging or uncertain items should be held. Use local district resources to resolve questions about special material. A vendor should not discover at teardown that its discarded display, cooking-related material, or equipment is outside the agreed load. Name the organizer who can make decisions when several vendors leave together.
Keep removal separate from pedestrian teardown
Describe when visitors depart and when vehicles reenter the venue. Reserve a collection window and truck working area that does not depend on everyone unloading at the same point. If the container remains after the event, decide who monitors access and prevents unrelated dumping. Ask how additional loads are authorized before the cleanup deadline arrives.
Compare the confirmed event waste streams
Ask about accepted material, rental days, weight terms, hauling, and extra collections. Clarify which recycling or food-scrap services are separate from the container proposal.
