Separate household-program eligibility from commercial work
The regional landfill publishes information for both public and commercial users and links special-waste resources. Those distinctions matter when discussing appliances, chemicals or other unusual material. Ask the proposed hauler how each item will be handled and do not assume a household option applies to contractor or business waste. Confirm the hauler's applicable authorization and the destination and acceptance arrangements for the actual waste.
Control loading at shared properties
Decide who may place material in the container and give tenants or workers the accepted-material instructions. Keep routine building trash separate if it is outside the agreement. Discuss loading-door clearance, surface protection and truck maneuvering with the provider. Where public space is proposed, resolve the relevant placement approval instead of treating a private property quote as permission.
Compare the controlled load and access window
Ask for rental days, accepted material, included weight, delivery, pickup and exchanges. State any loading-dock or parking restrictions. Clarify responsibility for extra material, blocked collection or changed project phases so each proposal covers the same operating conditions.
