Separate ordinary beach access from event permission
A parking pass or public visit does not by itself arrange a gathering or temporary facilities. Show the operator the event footprint, expected attendance and food-service areas. Ask which existing restrooms remain usable during setup and cleanup, and identify any supplemental need. Make the approach suitable for guests with mobility needs without narrowing shared entrances or the public route to the shore.
Choose a serviceable position before planning around the view
The position most convenient to the gathering must also have an acceptable surface and vehicle approach. Ask the manager and provider to review both. Do not assume equipment can be moved across sand or through a pedestrian access point. Keep delivery and collection separate from busy guest arrival periods, and agree how wind or weather-related changes will be communicated without improvising a new placement.
Westerly coastal-event restroom scope
Compare proposals using the same authorized location, unit mix, handwashing and use period. Ask about cleaning, the accepted delivery route, removal timing and the procedure for a weather change or altered event layout.
