Check the transition between public use and private activity
An event may overlap with ordinary beach visitors or park users. Describe that overlap, the event's busiest period and whether existing restrooms remain accessible during preparation and pack-out. Preserve paths to parking, public entrances and waterfront access. Ask where a servicing vehicle can stop without crossing the activity area. For a private house project, identify who will admit the driver when the property owner is away and where neighboring access must remain open.
Follow the material, not the nearest facility name
Narragansett identifies private hauling and the regional Rose Hill facility as resident options; North Kingstown's station serves residents and small businesses; Westerly distinguishes several customer and material categories. These are different arrangements, not a countywide disposal entitlement. Give the rental provider a specific load description, including bulky contents, building material and any appliances or chemicals set aside. Confirm accepted items and collection timing before dismantling a room or starting a turnover cleanup.
