Inventory special items before an occupied-home cleanout
Walk through storage areas before the crew starts carrying items outside. Mark appliances, screens, oil, paint and unknown containers for separate review. Protect belongings that are staying with a resident or tenant so they cannot be mistaken for discarded contents. If the cleanout also removes flooring or fixtures, tell the provider about that building material and ask whether the same load terms apply.
Coordinate loading with the daily use of the building
Set a route from the work area to the container that does not block a required exit or the only resident entrance. Keep ordinary carts accessible and arrange deliveries of new materials so they do not trap the dumpster. For heavier work, discuss an exchange before the next trade arrives. Confirm the final pickup window before relying on the space for normal parking again.
Cranston cleanout and renovation scope
Ask for rental days, loading responsibilities, weight allowance and collection or exchange terms. Identify separately managed items in the proposal so they do not quietly reappear as unapproved additions during the cleanout.
