Keep the material stream controlled
Describe building material, furnishings, yard material, and everyday waste separately. Ask the responsible service about accepted contents and any site-specific containment or wildlife-related requirements. Do not infer that an ordinary open container fits every load or property. Protect reusable items from being discarded during a rapid cleanup.
Review access through the collection day
Ask the provider to assess the approach, working area, and loading side rather than relying only on the available footprint. Keep parked vehicles and replacement supplies out of the pickup route. Explain what happens if conditions change before removal. Any proposed public-ground position needs the appropriate authority's review.
Compare a material-specific service scope
Request loading limits, duration, exchanges, containment expectations, final pickup, and access-failure terms. Clarify the procedure for a changed load rather than adding ordinary rubbish without review.
