Discuss dense material before it is loaded
Give the responsible service a realistic description of roofing, masonry, concrete, or other heavy components expected from the job. Ask what container and loading limits fit that material rather than assuming every bin can be filled to the top. Separate uncertain coatings, liquids, equipment, and other special items for appropriate review.
Coordinate the drop zone with the pickup route
Plan where workers will bring debris and where new material will be staged. Ask the provider to assess the truck working area and the container's loading side. Preserve occupied entrances and the route to any temporary restrooms. If an exchange is needed during removal, schedule it before the work leaves loose material occupying the approach.
Compare a material-specific arrangement
Request accepted categories, loading restrictions, exchanges, duration, and final pickup terms. Clarify what happens if the actual material differs from the original estimate or access becomes blocked.
