Review the structure and stored contents separately
Building material may be mixed with tools, old containers, machinery parts, or possessions stored inside. Identify those items before loading begins and seek appropriate acceptance instructions for anything uncertain. Preserve reusable components in a separate area. Ask the collector about dense material rather than estimating the load only from the structure's outside dimensions.
Choose a reachable loading position
Explain the route from the road entrance to the work area and whether the truck can use it. If the container must stay near the entrance, plan how material will be carried there without blocking access. Keep removal space clear after demolition and coordinate any exchange before the next work stage occupies it.
Compare the confirmed load arrangement
Ask about material restrictions, loading limits, duration, exchanges, and collection notice. Discuss a revised material list or an approach that changes during the work before booking depends on it.
