Retain room for material that is staying
Mark a storage area for reusable fixtures, spare supplies, and belongings that should remain. Place it away from the route used to carry waste so helpers do not have to guess. Ask the responsible collector whether wood, masonry, fixtures, or mixed material need separate arrangements. Do not add uncertain substances simply because a bin has spare space.
Protect the final collection path
A driveway that fits an empty container can become unusable after new materials arrive. Reserve the truck's working space and the loading-door area through the planned pickup. Explain shared access, parked vehicles, and any overhead obstruction. If the container must leave before replacement materials arrive, make that sequence explicit in the project schedule.
Compare removal terms after eligibility review
Ask the authorized service about accepted material, weight-related limits, extra days, exchanges, and access failures. Record when final collection is requested and how changes to the contents affect that agreement.
