Coordinate the box with ordinary pickup
Keep the roll-off away from the location and approach used for regular carts or commercial collection. Do not move ordinary trash into a construction-only load without approval. On a shared property, clarify which users may fill the container and label the accepted stream so neighboring material does not change the load's classification.
Keep the final pickup route open
Mark the rear-door space and truck alignment before delivery. For a staged renovation, reserve the approach while replacement materials arrive; a newly stacked pallet can block removal even after loading is complete. Ask how exchanges are requested and who can authorize an extension if the last phase is delayed. Discuss public-way placement separately with the city.
Valley dumpster comparison factors
Compare existing-service options with a separate roll-off on the same material list and schedule. Ask about weight, rental days, exchanges, unauthorized contents and access-related trips, including who is responsible for final pickup.
