Identify when workers can reach the facilities
Describe the walking route from each active work area and any barrier or machinery movement that changes it. Ask about accessible-use needs and handwashing, including the responsibility for replenishment between scheduled visits. If the work spreads into another building, reassess the arrangement rather than assuming a unit convenient for the original crew also works for everyone else.
Coordinate maintenance with dispatch and deliveries
Tell the reviewer when the yard is busiest and who controls entry. Plan a service approach that remains available when trucks, stock, or equipment are parked. Give one person responsibility for notifying the provider about changed shifts or access. If the unit must be repositioned for a new work phase, discuss the move and subsequent service route before the yard layout is altered.
Compare service around the working shifts
Request delivery, pickup, scheduled cleaning, handwashing, and additional-visit terms. Clarify the cost implications of longer shifts, a changed maintenance window, relocation, or an extended building closure.
