Choose a position with the next phase in mind
Describe excavation, paving, fencing, and material deliveries that could change access. Ask the equipment reviewer about a firm, usable placement and servicing approach for the expected conditions. Plan handwashing and accessible-use needs with the responsible contractor. The crew's walking route and the maintenance vehicle's route may differ, so assess both before a location is agreed.
Assign changes to one site coordinator
A subcontractor should not independently move equipment to make room for a delivery. Name the person who can discuss relocation, increased attendance, or an extra cleaning visit with the provider. Keep that contact informed when the gate schedule changes. If permanent facilities open gradually, decide which workers still depend on the temporary units before requesting collection.
Compare the full construction sequence
Ask about planned cleaning, delivery, pickup, handwashing, and extension terms. Identify how a site relocation, inaccessible entrance, or added trade changes the proposal before the work sequence reaches that point.
