List bulky contents separately from tile, masonry or other dense debris and ask the provider how those streams should be handled. Capacity alone does not establish an acceptable loading weight. Set aside appliances, electronics, liquids and uncertain material until their route is agreed. If the project includes several phases, discuss whether different loads or scheduled exchanges would make the plan easier to manage.
Keep the approach available through final cleanup
Review the proposed position, loading side and overhead clearance with the provider. Do not let the final household cleanup become a pile in front of the container. Coordinate resident vehicles, contractor deliveries and any common-drive use on collection day. Where a property manager or association controls the space, confirm the approved location and duration rather than assuming the container may remain indefinitely.
