Keep grounds work separate from the agreed debris load
Vegetation, soil, broken fixtures and building offcuts are not one interchangeable waste category. List them separately and ask whether they need different containers or another handling arrangement. Do not infer acceptance from a public recycling program. If excavation or demolition reveals unknown material, stop adding that material and have its handling assessed instead of mixing it through a load already approved for ordinary debris.
Protect the site's working route
Discuss overhead growth, narrow turns and the surface at the proposed container position. Do not cut vegetation or use landscaped ground simply to make a delivery fit. Agree on a suitable work area with the property manager. Keep pedestrian movement separate while loading, and preserve the truck's collection space when tools, supplies and other contractors arrive later in the project.
