Sort the clearance before the container arrives
Separate reusable contents and special items from the agreed disposal load. Describe flooring, cabinets, furniture and yard material individually, because a household renovation can produce several waste streams. The City's environmental-services information can help locate public programs, but the provider must confirm what belongs in its container. Revisit the plan if demolition reveals material that was not included in the quotation.
