Avoid placing units in the next work zone
Explain where excavation, material staging, and vehicle access will move as the job progresses. Ask whether the proposed unit location can remain in place for the full rental. A position convenient today may be blocked by tomorrow's delivery. Keep the service vehicle's approach separate from the space required for equipment storage, and designate a contact who can resolve access changes.
Describe the facilities beyond the toilet
Ask about handwashing, supplies, accessible options, and the route between the unit and the active work area. Tell the reviewer about loose ground, steps, or a path that may become obstructed. For a public gathering during the project, review that additional attendance separately. A construction arrangement should not automatically be treated as a complete guest-facility plan.
Quote the complete work sequence
Ask which delivery, collection, maintenance visits, supplies, and handwashing equipment are included. Describe later phases and possible relocation. Clarify how changing headcount, extra service visits, or delayed final completion affects the proposal before choosing a rental period.
