Separate event waste from equipment servicing
A gathering can generate food scraps, recyclables, and general refuse while also needing toilets and handwashing. Assign people to monitor these tasks and decide where each collection point belongs. Do not let bag storage or catering vehicles obstruct a sanitation maintenance route. Check the venue's current operating arrangements before assuming its permanent facilities will remain open through setup and teardown.
Distinguish a cleanout from ordinary curbside collection
Describe bulky contents, renovation debris, appliances, and uncertain material before choosing a removal arrangement. A household collection program does not automatically take a contractor's project load. If the building remains open, coordinate the container with regular deliveries and the entrance occupants use. Explain when the space must return to its normal purpose.
