Plan for overlap between games
Explain which permanent restrooms the organizer can use and when they are open. Discuss temporary units and handwashing near the activity areas without assuming equipment can be placed directly beside a field. Review the walking route for participants and spectators, including people who need accessible equipment and a usable approach.
Give maintenance a real access window
Ask whether servicing can be completed between activity blocks or at another agreed time. Keep team vehicles, equipment trailers, and concessions out of the service approach. Name a contact who remains present after the final game; removal can otherwise conflict with a venue lockup or the organizer's departure.
Compare the whole tournament schedule
Request terms for setup, event use, handwashing, maintenance, and collection. Clarify any extra service, changed entrance, or extension if weather or game scheduling alters the operating plan.
