Review the site layout before vendors settle in
Show where people enter, where queues form and how maintenance vehicles reach equipment after setup. Keep the access route available when tents, displays or parked vehicles occupy the property. Ask the responsible manager about approvals for the particular site. An event application, facility reservation and private equipment booking can address different parts of the plan; one should not be assumed to settle the others.
Distinguish a restricted-use site from mixed-waste disposal
Spearfish publishes a specific accepted-and-excluded list for its restricted-use site. A cleanup combining furniture, household garbage and building materials therefore needs more detail than a single estimate of volume. Identify treated wood, mattresses and unusual materials separately, and ask the proposed rental provider for its own accepted-load terms. Do not mix materials on the assumption that a nearby public facility will take everything.
