Match positions to sessions and walking routes
Use the facility's actual entrances, fields or shelter locations when discussing equipment. Ask its manager which permanent restrooms will be available and whether other activities share them. Place additional units where users can reach them without crossing active loading areas or blocking through-routes. Request accessible options together with a review of the approach from parking and the event space.
Keep service visits outside the main turnover
Explain breaks, game changes or vendor activity so a cleaning visit can be assessed against the busiest movement periods. Identify who checks supplies and handles an unexpected change in attendance. Include handwashing in the request and clarify any water or replenishment responsibilities. For construction, account for every shift and retain temporary facilities until the replacement arrangement is ready.
Compare the activity timetable
Ask for the proposed equipment mix, cleaning visits, supplies, handwashing and removal window. State session turnover and all setup days. Clarify the process for additional servicing or a longer rental if the event or project schedule changes.
