Name the event location within the larger park
The nearest restroom on a map may not be on the route your guests can use. Identify the gathering area, entrances and food service, then trace a convenient accessible route to facilities. Ask which buildings are open during the entire program and whether ordinary park visitors share them. A supplemental unit should address that actual layout rather than simply sit at the delivery entrance.
Coordinate the service position with public movement
Agree on the truck approach, delivery window and servicing stop with the responsible park or property manager. Keep the approach clear of vendor setup and attendee queues. At an urban worksite, explain whether the proposed area is private property or public space and ask the responsible city office what review applies. A rental proposal does not itself authorize occupation of a sidewalk or street.
