Give the return trip as much attention as delivery
A project may begin with an open entrance and later add fencing, stored materials, parked machinery, or a closed gate. Establish who will keep the agreed service route usable and who can answer a driver's access question. For repeated restroom maintenance, a named local contact and realistic working hours are more useful than a broad instruction to arrive whenever convenient.
Keep the origin of material visible
The City's published collection code contains limited exceptions to its municipal-solid-waste franchise requirements. A household self-haul allowance is not automatically a contractor's authority to remove someone else's waste. Separate material generated by renovation from unrelated stored possessions and everyday rubbish, then have the relevant authority and collector classify the load. That classification should precede container selection.
