Keep the facility within the agreed work area
Review the proposed toilet and handwashing position with the property controller. Mark the walking route so users do not need to cross a loading or vehicle maneuvering area. Discuss accessible equipment and approach needs explicitly. If different contractors occupy separate parts of the property, determine whether one position is genuinely usable for them all.
Make repeat access part of site coordination
Provide the approved entrance and a contact able to resolve access during maintenance. Explain any check-in process or hours when other operations occupy the route. Ask how cleaning, pumping, supplies, and handwashing replenishment are scheduled. Inform the provider before a shift change or a new storage area alters the arrangement.
Compare a project-specific scope
Request delivery, routine service, handwashing, pickup, and extension terms. Clarify how an access delay, additional shift, or requested relocation changes the agreed service and who can authorize it.
