Connect facilities to the visitor journey
Place proposed toilets and handwashing on the same layout as entries, queues, seating, and service areas. Review accessible equipment and the complete approach with the host. Keep users away from loading movements and avoid making a restroom queue part of another attraction's line. Confirm which permanent facilities remain open throughout the activity.
Keep servicing possible after the venue opens
Delivery access can disappear once barriers, booths, or parked vehicles fill the site. Agree a protected maintenance approach and a named contact for repeat visits. Ask how cleaning and replenishment fit between sessions, and what happens when attendance or the program changes. Do not assume the host's event approval covers every equipment position.
Compare a complete event service scope
Request equipment, delivery and removal windows, scheduled visits, handwashing, consumables, and change terms in writing. Clarify extra service and delayed teardown before agreeing to a venue handover time.
